Lamb and goat tag-in & validation for county and major stock shows will be Monday, October 19, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the PPCLA Expo Center in Mineral Wells.  4-H or FFA members who wish to show lambs or goats at the county or state level MUST have their animals at the Expo building on this day for validation.  Members of the Palo Pinto County Livestock Association will be collecting entry fees for the county livestock show that is scheduled for January 6-9, 2020.  Entries for the county stock show will be $20.00 each.  Exhibitors who do NOT bring their animal to tag-in will NOT be eligible to show unless they appeal to a board of PPCLA members.  Also, exhibitors must be active 4-H or FFA members by December 15, 2020 to be eligible to show at the county stock show.  Active membership status means that they have enrolled for the year and their membership dues have been paid.

Lamb and goat state validation tags for Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, or San Angelo stock shows have already been ordered.  If you have not paid for the tags you ordered, the payment will be due at tag-in.  Late lamb & goat tags for these Major Stock Shows can be ordered up to October 2nd, and they will cost $25.00 each.
