Texas Watershed Steward Educational Workshop with CEU’s

On October 5th, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host a free Texas Watershed Steward workshop at Possum Kingdom Lake.  Water quality related to P.K. Lake, along with land and watershed management, will be discussed.  Topics will include water quality, water quality law, agricultural and urban best management practices, hydrology, and others. The event and the available continuing education credits are free and open to the public.  In-person and virtual attendance options are available.  Preregistration is required for either attendance option (link provided below).  The professional continuing education credits offered, are applicable to, but are not limited to, certified crop advisors, Texas Department of Agriculture private pesticide license holders (3 general CEUs), professional engineers, certified planers, professional geoscientists, certified teachers, certified floodplain managers, and select TCEQ occupational license holders.
